Local Delivery

Darwin, Palmerston & Rural Area

We provide free local delivery for orders over $60 within Darwin City, Northern Suburbs, Palmerston & Rural area as far as Humpty Doo and everywhere in between.

Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Fridays between 2:30pm and 6pm.  Please contact us if these times will not work for you.

At checkout you can choose your day - we need you to be home at this time to take delivery of your order or have a pre-arranged safe place/freezer to leave your goods.

Bulky / Oversize items

Parcel post and express shipping exclude bulky items and dry goods over 5kg.  Excluded products will be highlighted in your shopping cart.

If your order contains a bulky item you will be requested to provide us your contact details and we will obtain a freight cost for you.

Tuffy Ultimates dog toys are made with up to 4 layers of material consisting of 1 layer of soft fleece on the outside, 1 to 2 layers of industrial grade luggage material on the inside, plus 1 layer of plastic coating on the inside. All of the toy layers are sewn together multiple times to make one super strong layer of material. Each toy is sewn together with 2 rows of cross stitching and 2 rows of linear stitching for added durability. A protective black trim webbing is added to the outside edge to cover the seams which protects the edging and makes this toy even stronger. Some of the Ultimate toys feature squeakers. These squeakers are enclosed and attached to the toy with protective pouches. This feature provides a safe window to remove the toy from your pet should it reach the core. Great for interactive play with one or multiple dogs. Best for dogs who like to whip their toys and play tug for hours. TUFFY toys float in water and are machine washable (air dry).
